- Urban Flowers do not charge for set up of the wedding flowers at the chosen venue(s), however there is a standard $50.00 delivery charge for the bridal party flowers to a single addres; should you require the bridal party flowers be split and delivered to more than one address then a further charge will be added.
- A booking deposit of $50.00 is required to secure the services of Urban Flowers on the agreed date. This deposit is not refundable should you wish to cancel, but will be taken off the final balance.
- Final balance payments must be made no later than 14 days prior to your wedding day, after which Urban Flowers cannot guarantee the delivery of your flowers.
- Urban Flowers can only guarantee the condition of the reception/church flowers up to the delivery and set up, after which time care of the flowers becomes your responsibility and Urban Flowers will not be responsible for any damage caused to them.
- In the unlikely event that Urban Flowers cannot fulfil the order for reasons out of our control, including but not limited to illness, accident or injury, we reserve the right to use substitute staff and companies to fulfil the order.
- All efforts will be made by Urban Flowers to supply the products agreed upon at the time of booking, however, Urban Flowers will not be held responsible if the flowers become unavailable as a result of, but not limited to, unavailability, supplier problems or poor quality. Under such circumstances Urban Flowers reserves the right to use similar substitute flowers of high quality as a replacement and will try if possible to agree the alternative flowers with you prior to supply.
